SNAP are a group of ladies who love playing netball and get fit for fun! They have a mix of ages and abilities and everyone is welcome!

BACK TO NETBALL:

A fun social netball session suitable for all abilities and focuses on having fun and getting fit through playing Netball.

Walking Netball

Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level.

From those who have dropped out of the sport they love due to serious injury, to those who believed they had hung up their netball trainers many years ago, it really is for everyone.

It provides a great opportunity to get back into a sport you love or to start for the very first time.

A chance to improve your fitness levels and flexibility whilst having fun!!

Things you will need - comfy clothing, clean trainers and the desire to have fun!
