In partnership with Loughborough Wellbeing Centre we are offering weekly circuit sessions. Activity stations are suitable for all abilities/fitness levels and can be adapted for seated exercise.

Every Thursday 1-2pm. No booking required, members who are not part of the Wellbeing Centre are also welcome. £2 cash payment made on the day.
