Active Charnwood Programmes
Not sure where to start?
You can now self-refer to Active Charnwood for information about the physical activity opportunities available to you in your local area.
We understand that how you feel can change from day to day and sometimes, that can make moving more feel like a challenge. It may be that being active has seemed like a big commitment or something that didn't feel like it was for you. That's perfectly okay. The truth is that you can start small and build up. Ultimately, being active is about finding what works for you.
If you'd like to receive personalised support to move more please click the link below and complete our short self-referral form and we will reach out to you directly.

Active Mum's Club

Active Mums Club is delivered by colleagues at Active Together to empower women to be active.
The Active Mums ethos is:
To engage and empower pre and post natal women to take ownership of their own movement levels, receive accurate physical activity advice around their pregnancy journey and have the opportunity to participate in physical activity within their local communities and homes.
Active mum's club lead walks in Charnwood that follow pushchair friendly routes and have a café nearby. Come along, find new places to walk and meet up with other local mums and mums to be.
To find out more about the club and activities available, view the website here or contact Emily e.booth@active-together.org or Leanne l.plummer@active-together.org
