Men's Weight Management
Starting 10.30am Tuesday 18th of January at Fearon Hall. They are an hour long and the sessions will run for a total of 12 weeks.
Suitable for 16yrs +
A mixture of nutrition, exercise and mental wellbeing, the session are aimed at raising awareness and confidence to empower men to take control of their health and make informed choices about diet, activity and their lifestyle as a whole.
